HANDMADE PASTA (pasta fresca) is an ancient tradition handed down from mother to daughter, it’s all about wise gestures that girls learn from early childhood.
MONICA and BARBARA, will follow you step by step, in all the stages of fresh pasta production, such as:
- mixing ingredients
- “mattarello” (rolling pin) techniques
- creation of different sizes of pasta
COOKING WITH FLAVOUR
We will reveal the antique secrets of traditional dishes and we will teach you how to cook fresh egg pasta. We will discover which are the most enjoyable and tasty sauces for our different types of pasta.
A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE THAT WILL STIMULATE YOUR SENSES DISCOVERING AN ANCIENT CRAFT.

We’ll eat together the result of our efforts:
-Tortelloni with ricotta cheese
-Tagliatelle with "ragù" (meat sauce)
-Tortellini in broth or with cream
- 2 Pasta makers and an Italian- English interpreter.
